Connect QGIS
to the
Snappy Mapper
OGC Features API
1. Get Your API Key

Log into Snappy Mapper

Go to Settings
-
Copy your API Key – you’ll need this for authentication
2. Open QGIS and Add a New OGC API Connection

In QGIS, go to the Data Source Manager

Select OGC API - Features / OGC API - Records

Click New

3. Enter Connection Details
-
Name: Snappy Mapper (or any name you prefer)

Authentication:
-
Click on the Headers tab
-
Add a custom header:
-
Key: x-token
-
Value: paste your API key here
-

4. Connect and Load the Layer

Click OK to save the connection

Select the new connection and click Connect
-
You should see a collection called locations
-
Select it and click Add to load it into your map
